The Main Event
Do something completely unique and spend the day at an old forge creating amazing ironmongery pieces.
Set in rural Herefordshire, this is your chance to grab your friends and loved ones and enjoy either three or five hours of blacksmithing with a fully trained member of their team.
Your ability to forge really doesn’t matter as they tailor the day to suit your levels and you can even bring children over 7 years old with you.
You can create whatever takes your fancy and taking inspiration from their showroom will really help you get an idea of what it is that would work for you. Maybe something for pride of place at home or a centrepiece in the garden?
Whatever you decide to construct, you will be guaranteed to have a lot of fun making it plus you will have created lovely memories with your closet friends to treasure forever.
Important Bits
When
Available selected dates 9am-12pm / 3:30-6:30pm or 9am-2pm or 12:30-5:30pm.
Participants will be part of a group of up to 18 people.
Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- 7 years and over.
- Participating adult needed for under 18's.
- The forge site is partially wheelchair friendly, and the forge team will try and cater for your requirements. Please discuss this at the time of booking the experience.
- Bookings should be made around 8-10 weeks in advance and are subject to availability.
- Long sleeves, trousers and trainers/boots are advised. Long hair must be tied back and rings, watches or bracelets removed in the workshop as these pose a snagging hazard.
- Personal protective equipment is provided on arrival.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
How it Works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
