Junior Tractor Driving Experience in Nottinghamshire

Know a teenager who’s obsessed with tractors or anything with big wheels and muddy fields? This Junior Tractor Driving Experience is a gift they’ll be talking about for ages. Designed for young drivers aged 13 to 17, it’s a chance to get behind the wheel of a real 4-wheel-drive tractor and experience what it’s like to take control of one of farming’s most iconic vehicles.

With expert guidance, junior drivers will start by learning the basics before heading out onto a purpose-built course to put their new skills into action. As they progress, they’ll practise real farming manoeuvres and improve their steering and control. The longer the experience, the more time they’ll have to build confidence and skills.

The 15-minute session is perfect for first-timers wanting a fun introduction to tractor driving in a safe and relaxed environment. 30 minutes gives them more time behind the wheel to develop their driving technique and learn how tractors are used in real farming situations.

The 1 hour session includes the chance to use a cultivator to help prepare and move soil like a real farmer. And the 2 hour session gives junior drivers the chance to learn how to plough and prepare a field.

Whether they dream of farm life or love unusual vehicles, this experience gives teenagers the rare chance to swap screens for fields and experience the thrill of driving a real tractor.

15 minute session - Learn the basics of tractor driving.

30 minute session - Learn the basics and practise manoeuvres to develop your driving technique.

60 minute session - Learn how tractors are used in farming. Includes using a cultivator to move and prepare soil.

2 hour session - More hands-on farming experience where you'll learn how to plough and prepare a field.
