There is no sugar, artificial colours, flavourings, seed oils or preservatives, just natural flavours that support both body and mind.
Over the four weeks, recipients will enjoy a rotating menu of nourishing, nutrient-rich creations. Breakfast pots may be sweet, savoury or somewhere in between, while high vibration healing soups are designed to restore vitality from the inside out. Weekly Ayurvedic rice dishes and main meals can be enjoyed on their own, or shared with rice or quinoa, offering comfort, balance, and variety. With a constantly changing menu, healthy eating feels effortless, exciting and indulgent.
To complement the meals, the box includes Himalayan chia seeds and a signature Ayurvedic spice blend, created to support digestion and soothe bloating. These thoughtful extras transform the box from a simple meal plan into a fully rounded wellness experience.
Every dish is freshly prepared from scratch using triple filtered PH9 water, and even the icepacks are filled with this nutrient-rich water. Once melted, it can be used in the kettle or to nourish houseplants, adding eco-friendly charm to the experience.

Please store your meals in the coldest part of your fridge, or your freezer (if unopened) within 5 days of receipt.
Once opened, consume within 48 hours.
To heat your dishes: remove the required amount, place in a pot on a medium to low heat for a couple of minutes until piping hot. To maintain optimum nutrition, do not boil or re-heat.

4 consecutive weekly deliveries from the start of your first box arriving - Please allow a least one week to two weeks from the time of ordering to receive your delivery.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

I Have Just Received My Meals, What Do I Do Now?
Your pouches are heat sealed and will keep unopened up to 5 days in your fridge. Store the meals you want to consume immediately in the coldest part of your fridge. Any meals you may not want to eat for a few days can be frozen straight away (consume within 3 months of freezing).
Please be aware there are no preservatives of any kind in these meals so ensure they are placed in the fridge/freezer immediately on receipt.
When you are ready; Snip open your pouch, spoon or pour contents into a pot or pan and heat on a low flame/temperature until piping hot, usually 3 to 4 minutes, avoid boiling to maintain maximum nutrition of your healthy vegan meal.
Are My Organic Meals Salt Free?
Your meals contain the minimum amount of either Pink Himalayan Salt or the supplier's own Oshomo Herbal Blend that is added at the end of the cook.
The supplier does not use any commercial salts that are iodised, contain anti-caking agents or any other additives or flavourings.
(Oshomo Herbal Blend is a mix of 14 herbs including Sea Salt from France).
If you have a health condition that requires a salt free meal, please reach out in advance.
How Long Will My Meals Keep In The Fridge?
Your pouches are heat sealed and will keep unopened, from the day of purchase/delivery, up to 5 days in the coldest part of your fridge (usually the bottom part just above the vegetable drawer).
Can I Freeze My Meals?
All of the meals are freeze-able. The supplier recommends freezing any meals you may not be eating immediately. Alternatively freeze within 5 days of purchase/receipt. Consume within 3 months of freezing.
Are There Any Additives, Preservatives Or Flavourings In My Meals?
All of these meals are absolutely 100% free from all preservatives, additives, artificial flavourings, sweeteners and commercial salts. All food is made by the supplier from scratch including beans, lentils and soup stocks; they do not use any bouillons to flavour the soups or any tinned beans or lentils. Additionally, their cooking/soaking water is triple filtered to remove heavy metals, chemicals and bacteria before passing through the Kangen filter system to maintain optimum nutrition absorption.
