This isn’t your typical Chinese takeaway. Instead, you’ll discover a side of Chinese street food that many people never get the chance to experience. Across three of Manchester’s most exciting independent food spots, you’ll enjoy bold, authentic dishes inspired by the flavours, traditions and recipes you’re more likely to find on bustling local streets than on a standard restaurant menu.

Expect exciting flavours, hidden gems and dishes packed with character. Every stop brings something different, giving you a real taste of the variety and creativity that makes Chinese street food so loved around the world.

The adventure begins with a series of clues sent directly to your phone via WhatsApp. To unlock each food stop, you'll need to solve puzzles hidden in Manchester’s streets, buildings and fascinating little details. As you crack each clue, you'll be guided to three carefully selected independent restaurants, where food is included at every stop. Along the way, you'll discover fantastic food and learn about the people, heritage and stories behind the kitchens that make these places so special.

The treasure hunt is timed, meaning you’ll be racing against the clock for a place on the leaderboard. Don’t worry though, the timer pauses at each restaurant stop, giving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy your food.

How much food is included in this experience?
There will be 3 food stops at 3 different restaurants in the city. The quantity of food you'll get is enough to leave an adult full so make sure you're hungry!

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works
