Using recycled materials like car wheels, you’ll learn how to turn everyday scrap into a fully functional fire pit or barbecue, something you can proudly take home at the end of the day.

The course is designed for beginners, with expert guidance every step of the way. With a small group of just four people, there’s plenty of one-to-one support, so you’ll never feel out of your depth.

Throughout the day, you’ll cover all the key skills needed to bring your build to life. It’s a great mix of creativity and practical know-how, giving you the confidence to tackle similar projects in the future.

What's Included?
Unless specified all the materials, tools, and guidance are provided.
All necessary PPE is supplied.
Tea, coffee and water are available throughout the day.
There is a fridge in which you can store your packed lunch

It is recommended you wear old clothes suitable for the activities you’ll be doing and appropriate footwear.

When

Courses run on selected days throughout the year.

Workshop opens at 9.15am and courses start at 9:30am. The day usually finishes between 4:00pm and 4:30pm.

There'll be short breaks in the morning and afternoon, with lunch happening sometime between 12:30pm and 2:00pm.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age is 14.
Under 18s can take part if accompanied by a parent or guardian also on the course (one adult with each child).
If you have any medical or physical conditions that may affect your ability to take part in the workshop, you need to inform the experience provider at time of booking your course.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
