The Experience

Undergoing one of life’s biggest adventures deserves a moment of calm, support and connection. This Baby Shower spa day is the perfect way for the mum-to-be to unwind, feel pampered, and spend quality time with her closest friends and family before the arrival of her little one.

The day begins with the choice of a soothing 30-minute treatment, whether that’s a relaxing facial, soothing hot stone massage, or restorative reflexology and Reiki. Each treatment is designed to melt away stress and help her feel refreshed and cared for.

After the treatments, the day flows into three hours of pure relaxation. With access to the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, she can unwind at her own pace. The serene meditation yurt in the garden offers a peaceful retreat and for something truly memorable, you can add a group-guided meditation or sound healing session.

Of course, no celebration is complete without some delicious treats. Enjoy a cream tea together, creating moments to laugh, chat, and share stories as you celebrate this exciting time. To make the day even more memorable, the mum-to-be will leave with a thoughtful gift bag, a little token of love and support from those closest to her.

This Spa Day is more than just an experience, it’s a way to show her how much she’s cared for as she prepares for the next chapter of her life. Whether you’re searching for mum-to-be gifts, pregnancy gifts, or baby shower gifts for mum, this is a meaningful and heartfelt way to support her on her journey.
