Car parking is provided only to hotel guests during the course of their stay at the hotel.

This experience is available to book Monday to Thursday.

They’re open from 06:00 – 22:00 weekdays and 07:00 – 21:00 during the weekend so you’re able to arrive at your own time and enjoy full use of the Quad Spa’s facilities. Book in your treatment slot and work your own personal relaxation around the session.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

Afternoon Tea

This glorious lakeside location is the perfect setting for a sumptuous afternoon tea. Served between 12 noon and 5m daily.

You can enjoy:
A selection of finger sandwiches on mixed breads
Warm sultana scones served with fruit preserves and clotted cream
Selection of afternoon pastries and cake
Classic afternoon tea or coffee

Glaze Restaurant

Glaze restaurant is open every day, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as room service around the clock. Guests can enjoy contemporary cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Seasonal menus feature local produce and dishes from around the world.

Aqua Bar & Conservatory

The Aqua Bar & Conservatory is a stylish and contemporary space in which guests can enjoy light bites, coffee and cocktails mixed by the talented Bar team.
Through the Bar towards the lawns and lake, is the Conservatory, the perfect spot for a morning coffee. Continue through to the Terrace for relaxing views of the manicured gardens.

Relaxing Day

A lovely relaxing day. Afternoon tea served with charm and friendliness. The quality of the tea-time food very good too.
When we arrived at the hotel we had starter morning coffees and croissants, which obviously cost extra but was worth it.
