Weather
Cruises will go ahead in all weather conditions - the boats can be fully enclosed during bad weather.
Cruises will not go ahead during extreme weather events like storms and floods. If your cruise is cancelled you'll be given as much notice as possible and your cruise will be rescheduled.
Dietary Requirements
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free* and dairy free* diets can be catered for. No other dietary requirements, allergies and preferences can be catered for.
*Food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present therefore it cannot be guaranteed meals will be free of allergens.

Available to book Monday to Sunday, from March to end of November.
Time slots from 12:30pm onwards throughout the afternoon.
Allow 1.5 hours for the river cruise.
Validity
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
Who Can Go
- Pets are not permitted on board.
- There are no toilet facilities on board the boat however passengers are welcome to use the toilets at The Folly restaurant before departure.
- Unfortunately, the boats cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Assistance will be given to help passengers with limited mobility board the vessel. If you have any concerns, please advise when booking.
- Passengers are not permitted to bring their own food aboard the boat (other than food for children).
- Passengers are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic drinks aboard. Other drinks can be purchased at the departure point.
What about Insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
