As part of the package (subject to their availability) you'll get free entry and a free drink at Manahatta - a ten-minute walk from Kings Staith Landing.

Please indicate if you have any special dietary requirements, including allergies, when booking your cruise. Although they make every effort to cater to allergies and intolerances, there is always a small risk of cross contamination in the on-board kitchen.

Party Nights Afloat cruises are incredibly popular and most sell-out well in advance, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Friday & Saturday Nights departing from King's Staith Landing

It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time! The boat will leave promptly at the stated time - late passengers will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of their ticket.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age: 18
It’s your party and you can wear what you like!
For the comfort and safety of all, when boarding a City Cruises York vessel you agree to the Code of Conduct.
As it is against the licensing conditions, any alcohol brought onto the boat by passengers will be confiscated.
If the river is flooded then your event may still be able to go ahead stationary at one of the landings.
Refunds will only be given if the event is completely cancelled due to flooding.
This cruise is not suitable for stag parties and boarding will be refused to unruly groups.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What type of hotel will I be staying in?

A range of 3* hotels will be considered for you and the 3 best hotel rooms available for the dates you've requested will be sent to you, for you to choose from.

Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays, etc can affect hotel availability.

Remember, there are no hidden costs or extras to pay!

What information do we need to know?

- The date for your hotel stay
- The location
- Any other specifics that are important to you, such as accessibility requirements or dietary requirements, where applicable
- If you'd like the attraction/dining experience on the day of arrival or the following day
- The ages of all guests

What happens next?

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
