When

Warner Bros Studios Tour: The Making of Harry Potter with return transfers can be taken day of arrival or the following day.

Warner Bros. Studio: The first tour starts at 09.00 and the last tour is at 18:45. Studio then closes at 22.00 (depending upon the time of year, school holidays and weekends). All tours subject to availability, please book early to avoid disappointment.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Extra nights available for a supplement.
Upon arrival at Warner Bros Studio, you and your bags will be checked before entry. Coats, bags and suitcases can be checked into the cloakroom free of charge. Where possible, please leave buggies and prams in the cloakroom, as space within the Studio Tour is limited. Items are left at visitor's risk.
A cash point is situated in the lobby for free of charge withdrawals.
Toilets are located in the lobby with baby changing facilities available in each toilet block. There is also an accessible toilet with space for a disabled person and up to two carers.
The majority of the Studio Tour is suitable for wheelchairs but some areas can be difficult to navigate, including Diagon Alley’s cobbled street and the Great Hall’s slate floor. The Hogwarts bridge can only be accessed via a short staircase and alternative access cannot be provided because the bridge, as an original set piece, has an uneven surface which is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Smoke machines and occasional strobe lighting effects will be used inside the Forbidden Forest. If you would like to avoid this, please ask one of the Interactors to show you an alternative route during your visit.
For some features, such as Dark Arts, flashing lights may also be used in designated areas. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival if you have any concerns regarding this.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

FAQs

What type of hotel will I be staying in?

Hotels featured in this experience are allocated to you, subject to availability, under a non-amendable and non-refundable basis once booked.

You will be staying in either a 3* or a 4* hotel depending on what you have selected.

Can I stay an extra night or add another person to the stay?

Extra nights are available subject to availability for a supplement. Extra adults/children can be added subject to availability for a supplement.

Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?

Unless specified, breakfast is not included.

How do I book this experience?

You will need to fill out a booking form with the experience provider. This form will ask you for details such as your contact details, the name of the attraction you want to visit and whether you'd like this on the day of arrival or the following day, the number of rooms required, your preferred check in dates, and your WonderDays voucher code.

By submitting this form your WonderDays vouchers will become non-refundable and cannot be changed.

What happens next?

The experience provider will contact you within 72 hours to acknowledge your booking request. They will liaise with you to confirm entry to the attraction and which day you'd like to visit it on, as well as confirm your hotel location.

You will then be emailed a booking confirmation for your attraction and overnight stay. Please read this carefully as it will contain important information regarding your booking. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder in case your filter has placed them there.

When will I get my attraction tickets?

Your attraction tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your arrival date, often sooner. These can be printed or shown on a mobile device.
