Equipped with a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private shower room, the huts provide all the essentials for a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
One of the highlights of this getaway is the unforgettable Highland cow afternoon tea. Guests are invited into the world of Angus, Red, and Bruno, three Highland cows each with their own distinct personalities. Spend time feeding, grooming, and interacting with these gentle giants while capturing plenty of memorable photos. Their flowing coats, calm demeanour, and quirky antics make for a truly magical experience, especially for animal lovers.
After bonding with the herd, retreat to the cosy dining geodome, where you’ll enjoy a freshly prepared cream tea while surrounded by the cows. Savour locally sourced sweet treats and savoury bites, indulge in home-baked scones with jam and clotted cream, and sip freshly brewed teas or coffees. This unique twist on a classic British tradition makes for a relaxing, memorable afternoon, combining delicious food with one of a kind animal encounters.
Beyond the hut and afternoon tea, the location itself is a treasure. Set on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near the Yorkshire Dales, the surroundings provide a perfect backdrop for walks, photography, or simply soaking up the serenity of the rolling hills and open fields. It's strongly requested that you do not touch any animal until after your food experience.
Food and animal interactions are kept in separate zones, with clear signage and staff guidance ensuring hygiene is maintained at all times.
Please note that the supplier is unable to cater for vegan, dairy-free, or gluten-free diets. Any allergies must be noted at the time of booking.
Pets are not permitted on any of the animal experiences.

If the weather is too poor to run your experience, the experience provider will contact you to rearrange.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
