Give them the chance to escape everyday life with a two night shepherd’s hut or yurt glamping stay for two, a unique glamping gift experience perfect for couples who love nature, comfort and a little adventure.

Set within 30 acres of stunning Dorset countryside, this adults-only retreat is surrounded by peaceful woodland, open green spaces and two private lakes. Guests can choose between a charming Shepherd’s Hut or a spacious Yurt, both designed to provide a cosy and comfortable stay while bringing them closer to nature.

The Shepherd’s Huts and Yurts offer plenty of space to relax, with a comfortable double bed, seating area and storage. Each accommodation features its own private outdoor space, including a deck, cooking facilities and a peaceful garden area overlooking the lake. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining, relaxing on loungers, or gathering around the fire pit under the stars.

Inside, everything needed for a comfortable glamping break is provided, including power, heating, lighting, a mini fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. The Shepherd’s Huts also include a Smart TV for cosy evenings indoors, while both options feature a wood burner to add extra warmth and atmosphere.

Each morning, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast of freshly baked pastries with tea and coffee, the perfect start to the day for exploring or relaxing. For an extra special celebration, optional drinks packages can be added, including a Drinks Pack with two bottles of fruit cider and two bottles of local beer, or a bottle of Prosecco or Champagne.

With the flexibility to book any day of the week, this couples getaway gift is easy to plan and enjoy. Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast, discover the New Forest or visit attractions across Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire, or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the park.

Dogs
Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £7.50 per dog/per night.

An upgrade to book on excluded dates may be available for an additional fee.

The park is closed during January and February.

1st April to the 31st October: Between 2pm & 7pm
March, November & December: Between 2pm & 6pm

Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Minimum age is 18 years.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What is provided?

The Standard Shepherd Huts are 6 metres long, and the Yurt has a 5m diameter, so there’s plenty of room inside for a bed, seating area and storage. They have a large wrap-around deck with cooking facilities and steps down to a fenced private garden overlooking the lake. The Yurt has covered decking to the side with cooking facilities and a table and chairs.

The Shepherd Huts and Yurts are furnished and equipped to fulfil all your basic needs, including:
A private deck and fenced garden
Wood burner
Power, heating and lighting 
Outdoor table and chairs
Your own outdoor cooking station with a camping stove 
Loungers and parasols
A double bed with a mattress and basic furniture

Fire pit (only eco logs can be burnt, and these are available to buy at Reception)

What do I need to bring?
Bedding (pillows, duvets, bed sheets or sleeping bags)

Where are the toilets and showers?
You will have 24-hour access to the toilet and shower blocks which are modern and well maintained. Hairdryers and mirrors are included in the shower block.

Is there WiFi?
Yes, there is super-fast, fibre optic broadband across the site.

Car Parking
There is a car park on site and each glamping unit has a dedicated parking space.

Can I bring candles and tea lights?
No naked flames are allowed inside any of the shepherd's huts and yurts, however you can bring battery operated lights.
