What To Know
Bookings must be made at least 4 weeks in advance in advance and are subject to availability

Approximately 2 ½ hours.
The Shard visit lasts approximately one hour and can be booked every 30 minutes from 10am - 8.30pm, subject to availability.
The Shard is open Wed - Sun throughout the year, with the exception of August when it is open daily
Afternoon Tea is one and half hours.
Novotel London Bridge Afternoon Tea is served daily between 3.00-5.00pm Monday to Wednesday & 1.00pm -5.00pm Thursday to Sunday

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue

Who Can Go

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
