The Main Event

This isn’t your typical wine tasting. Step into an interactive wine laboratory where science meets flavour, and curiosity is very much encouraged.

With guidance from a WSET-certified expert, you’ll spend two engaging hours exploring the world of wine through taste, smell and texture. From the lively buzz of bottles being opened to the first swirl of your glass, the whole evening is set up to feel exciting and different.

The experience plays out like a three-act performance:

Act I: The Knowledge
Begin by uncovering the science of wine. Learn how sommeliers deconstruct flavour profiles, textures and aromas, and why every glass tells its own story.

Act II: The Experiments
Slip on your lab coat and goggles – this is where things get playful. Take part in interactive experiments, from blind aroma challenges to taste-based activities that reveal just how surprising your palate can be. Expect laughter, comparisons and discoveries you’ll talk about long after the evening ends.

Act III: The Pairing
To close, enjoy a carefully curated board of artisan cheeses, with the option to add charcuterie or keep things vegetarian. Each bite is paired to highlight how the right food can transform the wine in your glass.

Important to Note

Photography: From time to time, photos or short clips may be taken during the experience to be shared on social channels. By attending, guests are giving their consent to be included. Anyone who would prefer not to be photographed can simply inform the team on arrival, no problem at all.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Please let the venue know of any dietary requirements in advance.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
