This ice-sculpted natural wonder towers above the Vale of Llangollen, offering incredible views of Valle Crucis Abbey and the mysterious Castle of Dinas Bran. This is a group activity open to adventurers aged 8 and above, with no prior experience required—just a willingness to embrace the challenge and a sense of fun. Participants will meet their expert instructor at an offsite location provided upon booking. The friendly and professional team will ensure everyone feels confident and safe while making the most of this exhilarating adventure.

Sessions last approximately 2 ½ hours.
Rock climbing is an off-site activity, you will receive a ‘What3words’ with the meeting location prior to arrival.
Please note: this is not a private session and as such there is the possibility you will be sharing this experience with others.
You need to arrive at the start / arrival time listed on your confirmation email, there is a strict time schedule and failure to arrive on time will result in your session being cancelled.
Session times: 9.00am and 1.00pm.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
How many people can you take in one session?
This experience can include up to 20 people in a session.
Are there changing facilities?
This is an off-site activity so there are no toilets or changing facilities.
Do I need a head for heights?
The smallest climb is 30ft from the ground to the top, and the largest is 90ft.
What do I need to bring on the day?
You will need to wear weather appropriate clothing, and bring some bottled water & sun cream just incase.
Is this available all year round?
This experience is unavailable for a 2 week break over the Christmas period, please call to check availability prior to booking.
Do I need to arrive earlier than my start time?
No, you need to arrive at the start / arrival time listed on your confirmation email. There is a strict time schedule and failure to arrive on time will result in your session being cancelled.
Can I wear my glasses?
It is strongly recommended to not wear glasses for your safety and comfort.
Is there any parking on site?
Rock Climbing is an off-site activity, you will receive a ‘What3words’ with the meeting location prior to arrival. From this parking cannot be guaranteed and please allow plenty of time for this especially at weekends and throughout the summer months as Llangollen is a popular tourist destination.
Can I take part if I am pregnant?
No, you should not attend this activity if you are pregnant.
Should I bring my medication with me
The instructors carry dry bags, so if you think you may need your medication with you whilst out on session, then bring it with you and ask your instructor to keep it safe.
Will my activity be cancelled in bad weather?
Sometimes. On the rare occasion where the weather makes it impossible to provide your activity within the strict safety guidelines, the experience provider may need to postpone. The experience partner will contact you as soon as possible if they need to reschedule your booking
