Poole Fish & Chips Cruise

It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time. You should aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. The boat will leave promptly at the stated departure time. If you are late you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of your ticket. Please allow sufficient time, to arrive in good time.

Drinks are not included with your meal but are available to buy separately from the onboard bar.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Dietary requirements must be made known at the point of booking or 72 hours prior to sailing.
They can accommodate food allergies, but cannot accommodate other ingredient substitutions.
They can also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals on request. Please note that they cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contamination and therefore cannot guarantee the absence of allergens such as traces of nuts.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What type of hotel will I be staying in?

A range of 3* and 4* hotels will be considered for you and the 3 best hotel rooms available for the dates you've requested will be sent to you, for you to choose from.

Please note that seasonality, major events, public holidays, etc can affect hotel availability.

Remember, there are no hidden costs or extras to pay!

What happens next?

When you book, you'll be able to choose your location and the dates of your stay.

Once we have received your date request, please allow 24 hours for an email from us with three of the best hotel rooms to choose from, available at that time.

Once you have chosen a hotel room, your booking will be placed with the hotel and all booking confirmations will be forwarded to you.
