The Subscription - Only 1 subscription is needed for each family group. Up to 60 people can join a family group.
The personalised family magazine is sent to the recipient every 4 weeks.
The first issue will be accompanied by a letter to explain what it's all about.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
What does the magazine look like?
The magazine has been designed to be easy to read in an A4 format.
Each page allows for 1 or 2 photos maximum, for optimal readability. Half-page messages will appear in the order in which they were posted by the family. To avoid blank spaces, the order of the full pages may vary.
The front cover displays a photo mosaic that is automatically generated using photos from the magazine, chosen at random. If you have chosen to only publish written messages, or your magazine only contains 1 photo, the mosaic will be made up of colourful squares.
The subscription owner can personalise the name of the magazine with their loved one's name or nickname, or choose a temporary title for special events. You can personalise your options through your online account by clicking on "Manage subscription", then "Recipient(s) & Gazettes", or via the "Profile & Settings" tab under your loved one's name.
On the back cover, your loved one will find a list of everyone's upcoming birthdays for the next 8 weeks. This list includes family members added to the subscription as well as any profiles added via the "Children" section on the online account.
