Morning: 8:30am to 1:30pm
Afternoon: 2:30pm to 7:30pm
Spa Treatment Times:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am until 8:00pm
Sunday: 9am to 5pm
This voucher includes a 30 minute treatment per person.
Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their treatment time to complete all relevant paperwork/consultations. Any guests who arrive later than their allocated treatment slot, will risk the treatment length being cut.
Dining Options
This voucher includes either dinner or an afternoon tea with your stay.
Dinner - served 6pm to 9:30pm
Afternoon Tea - served 12pm-5pm
Available to book Sunday to Friday only - subject to availability.
Check-in: From 3pm
Check-out: Before 11am
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
Spa FAQ's
Arrival
The spa is open from 9am. It is requested you arrive 30 minutes ahead of your booked treatment to give you time to complete your health questionnaire and relax.
Your treatment time also includes a one to one consultation and aftercare advice. To make the most of your experience, you are welcome to take time to unwind in the relaxation areas before or after your treatment.
What to bring
You'll be provided with a robe, towel and flip flops, all you need to bring is appropriate swimwear, any fitness wear you require or toiletries. Hairdryers and straighteners are available for you to use.
Health
On arrival for your spa day or treatment, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire. It is important for the spa to know if you are pregnant or have undergone recent surgery. They also need to know about any other medical issues that may affect the suitability of your chosen treatments, such as heart problems, cancer, varicose veins or allergies. Please let them know at the time of booking so they can ensure that your treatment is suitable for you. The expert team will be happy to provide advice if you are unsure.
Mobile devices
Please respect all spa guests’ right to peace and quiet by refraining from the use of all mobile devices in the relaxation rooms. A member of staff may ask you to refrain from using these.
