The Main Event

Visit LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort for a fantastic family day out and dive into the ultimate LEGO® adventure! Bursting with colour, creativity, and excitement, this incredible theme park brings imagination to life with over 55 rides, live shows, and attractions designed to thrill visitors of all ages.

Little ones can take the wheel at the LEGO® City Driving School, earning their very first “driving licence” on the mini roads of LEGO® City, a must-do moment for proud parents to capture! For those who love action and adventure, unleash your inner ninja on NINJAGO® The Ride, where you’ll test your reflexes and teamwork in a 4D interactive battle against the forces of evil. Over in Miniland, prepare to be amazed by incredible miniature recreations of world-famous landmarks, from London’s skyline to the Eiffel Tower and beyond, all meticulously built from millions of LEGO® bricks.

Families can cool off on Viking River Splash, soar through the skies on The Dragon, or embark on an underwater adventure in the LEGO® City Deep Sea Adventure submarine ride. Meanwhile, younger builders will love the Duplo® Valley, with its gentle rides and splash play areas perfect for toddlers and younger children.

LEGOLAND® Windsor is a full-day experience packed with live entertainment, themed zones, and plenty of opportunities to get hands-on with building challenges. There are also LEGO®-themed shops and restaurants dotted throughout the park, so you can take a piece of the magic home or refuel before your next adventure.

This voucher is valid for advanced bookings only which must be at least 72 hours from submitting the booking form - Please book at least 1 week in advance for the best chance at getting the date you want, especially for peak tickets.

LEGOLAND® Windsor’s main season runs from March to early November, when the full park and most attractions are open daily. During the main season, the park typically opens at 10:00 AM and closes between 4:30 PM-5:00 PM, depending on the day.

Opening hours and availability of all rides and attractions are subject to change - seasonal availability may be limited in the Winter months.

Peak dates include weekends and school holidays.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Children under 90cm (when wearing shoes) go free.
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Mobility scooters, wheelchairs and pushchairs are available to hire. Wheelchair & Mobility Scooter bookings cannot be accommodated under this voucher as a result of this, and must be booked directly with the supplier.
Some rides have a height restriction of up to 1.2m.
Rides & attractions have a variety of restrictions in place to ensure guest's safety.
All assistance dogs are welcome to LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Assistance animals must be supervised and kept on a lead at all time. They cannot be left unattended whilst the guest goes on the ride.
Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket. You must purchase at least 1 full-priced ticket to be able to request a carer ticket on your booking form. On the day of your visit, you must present proof of eligibility (Please see the FAQs for examples of this)

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it Works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

FAQs

Can wheelchairs be accommodated?
Only a limited number of wheelchairs can be accommodated at this attraction. Wheelchair bookings cannot be accommodated under this voucher as a result of this, and must be booked directly with the supplier.

Can I book a free carers ticket?
Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket. You must purchase at least 1 full-priced ticket to be able to request a carer ticket on your booking form. On the day of your visit, you must present one of the following documents as proof of eligibility:

- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book
- Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
- Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- A valid Blue Badge
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
- Credibility’s Access Card with +1 symbol
