The Main Event

This London short break lets you explore all the city has to offer and get around by river and by cable car.

Escape the traffic-packed roads and take to the skies as you climb into an IFS Cloud Cable Car. Fly 90 metres above the River Thames and take in the fantastic London views as you travel between the Greenwich Peninsula Terminal (near the O2) and the Royal Docks Terminal. Get settled into the comfy seats and keep an eye out for The Gherkin, St Paul's Cathedral, Thames Barrier, Maritime Greenwich and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. You'll have a round trip ticket, so can enjoy 2 journeys on the Cloud Cable Car.

If that wasn't enough, you'll also get to see London by river with a trip on the Thames Clippers with your One Day River Roamer ticket. You'll have unlimited all-day travel to over 20 piers across London between Putney (in the west) and Barking Riverside (in the east).

For your London short break, you can choose a 1 night or a 2 night stay at either a 3* or a 4* hotel. Whichever you choose, you'll be in for a comfortable stay where you can continue exploring the city, making the most of your London adventure!

IFS Cable Car Opening Times
Monday to Thursday: 7am to 9pm
Friday: 7am to 11pm
Saturday: 8am to 11pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays: 9am to 9pm
Cars arrive every 30 seconds & carry up to 10 people

The IFS Cloud Cable Car will be shut for essential maintenance between the 18th and 27th March 2024.

One way journeys take up to 10 minutes but vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.
During busy times, shared cars are introduced. This is to help with queue management and improve the customer experience.

The IFS Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close due to threat of lightning and thunder to the immediate area or very strong winds.

Thames Clippers River Roamer
The hop-on, hop-off river roamer service operates all day, every day (apart from Christmas Day) between over 20 piers across London between Putney and Barking Riverside.
Boat frequency varies depending on the time of day and route, there is usually a 10-20 minute frequency at key London Piers.

It is recommended you arrive 10 minutes before boarding.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Extra nights available for a supplement.
Customers are allocated one of the hotels subject to availability.
Your booking is non-refundable and non-amendable once your experience has been confirmed.
The IFS Cloud Cable Car has step-free access, and is accessible to most wheelchairs including motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be turned off inside the cars.
All Clippers are fully wheelchair accessible and all piers are wheelchair accessible apart from Cadogan Pier, Wandsworth Riverside Quarter Pier and London Bridge City Pier.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

What type of hotel will I be staying in?

Hotels featured in this experience are allocated to you, subject to availability, under a non-amendable and non-refundable basis once booked.

You will be staying in either a 3* or a 4* hotel depending on what you have selected.

Can I stay an extra night or add another person to the stay?

Extra nights are available subject to availability for a supplement. Extra adults/children can be added subject to availability for a supplement.

Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?

Unless specified, breakfast is not included.

How do I book this experience?

You will need to fill out a booking form with the experience provider. This form will ask you for details such as your contact details, the name of the attraction you want to visit and whether you'd like this on the day of arrival or the following day, the number of rooms required, your preferred check in dates, and your WonderDays voucher code.

By submitting this form your WonderDays vouchers will become non-refundable and cannot be changed.

What happens next?

The experience provider will contact you within 72 hours to acknowledge your booking request. They will liaise with you to confirm entry to the attraction and which day you'd like to visit it on, as well as confirm your hotel location.

You will then be emailed a booking confirmation for your attraction and overnight stay. Please read this carefully as it will contain important information regarding your booking. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder in case your filter has placed them there.

When will I get my attraction tickets?

Your attraction tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your arrival date, often sooner. These can be printed or shown on a mobile device.
