Group Falconry Experience in Nottinghamshire

This Group Falconry Experience offers the chance to get up close to some of nature’s most impressive birds.

Forget standing behind barriers and watching from a distance, you'll be equipped with a falconry glove and have the opportunity to handle magnificent birds of prey and take turns flying them directly to your hand.

The experience begins at around 11:00, when your expert falconers introduce the first bird and share fascinating facts about the species. Throughout the session, you’ll meet several different birds, discovering their unique personalities, behaviours and flying styles. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn more about the incredible world of falconry.

There will be time to explore the aviaries, take a closer look at the resident birds and enjoy a short break before the excitement continues.

Everyone then gathers for the flying display, where a variety of birds take to the skies in a spectacular demonstration of speed, agility and natural skill. With live commentary, you’ll gain even more insight into these remarkable creatures while enjoying some fantastic photo opportunities.
