Take a look behind the scenes at one of the UK’s few farm-to-glass distilleries and see how gin is really made.
On this relaxed 1-hour tour, you’ll be guided through the full process, from grain right through to the finished spirit. You’ll meet the team, learn how everything comes together, and get a closer look at what goes into creating a range of quality spirits.
You’ll also see the stills in action and hear more about how the distillery works day to day. The tour finishes with a tasting, where you can try some of the spirits made on-site, followed by a complimentary drink in The Pumproom bar, a nice spot to sit back and round things off.
Suitable for small groups of up to six people, this experience makes a great gift for anyone who enjoys gin or is curious about how it’s made. Based in Kent, the distillery is known for its small-batch approach and focus on producing well-crafted, locally inspired spirits.
Please advise the experience provider at the time of booking if there are any accessibility issues, as there is a step into the reception area and the tour will involve going up and down stairs.
Gin Tours are available Fridays at 6.30pm and Saturdays at 1.30pm and 4.30pm.
Please allow 90 minutes for the tour, tasting and complimentary drink.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
