Led by a professional Italian chef, this hands-on workshop invites you to explore the soul of Italian cuisine through its beloved vegetarian dishes. You’ll learn how to prepare classics like freshly made ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach, as well as an aubergine boat.
Whether you’re a confident home cook or just starting out, this experience is designed to be relaxed, welcoming and fun. You’ll be guided every step of the way, picking up traditional techniques, tips and tricks that bring real Italian flavour to your kitchen. It's all about cooking with love, using fresh, seasonal ingredients, and letting the simplicity of the food shine.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
