The Main Event

The Beatles Story Museum is a fantastic experience for music lovers, anyone who enjoys discovering the stories behind cultural icons, and of course, Beatles fans.

Located on Liverpool’s beautiful Royal Albert Dock, this award-winning attraction takes visitors on an immersive journey through the lives, music and incredible success of the world's most famous band.

Step back in time and follow the story of four ordinary Liverpool lads who became global superstars. Explore atmospheric recreations of some of the most important locations in Beatles history, including Hamburg, The Cavern Club, Abbey Road Studios and their groundbreaking adventures in America. Along the way, discover how John, Paul, George and Ringo met, created timeless music and changed popular culture forever.

The experience is packed with authentic memorabilia. Visitors can get up close to original instruments, stage clothing, rare album artwork, John Lennon’s famous spectacles, handwritten lyrics and never-before-seen photographs.

To make the journey even more engaging, guests receive a complimentary multimedia guide available in twelve languages. Beautifully narrated by John Lennon’s sister, Julia, the guide features fascinating insights, exclusive imagery and video interviews with Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, offering a unique perspective on the Fab Four's extraordinary story.

Important to Note

The Beatles Story’s entrance lift is currently out of order and as a result, the exhibition can only be accessed via 19 shallow steps.

Access to the Fab4 Store at the Royal Albert Dock, and the Fab4 Café and Store at the Pier Head, remain wheelchair accessible.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Multimedia guides are included within the ticket price and are available in 12 languages including English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Polish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and Portuguese.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
