The Main Event

Spend a delightful 90 minutes on board the Maid of the Forth for this sightseeing cruise with afternoon tea along the Firth of Forth.

The sightseeing cruise takes in all three of the Forth Bridges, the Forth Bridge, the Forth Road Bridge and the Queensferry Crossing. The stunning backdrop of the bridges makes this a river cruise to remember, enhanced by an informative commentary that highlights this areas rich history.

As well as the bridges, there's the wildlife to keep an eye out for too! There is a wealth of wildlife to spot, especially as you get closer to Inchcolm Island, with grey seals and seabirds including fulmars, guillemots, razorbills and cormorants. If you're lucky, you may catch a glimpse of dolphins, porpoises or even the occasional whale!

While you're taking in the sights and sounds of your cruise, you can enjoy a delicious afternoon tea, carefully prepared with sandwiches, cakes, scones and tea or coffee. Your afternoon tea will be brought down to the boat at the start of the cruise, giving you the full 90 minutes in which to enjoy it.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets can all be catered for and there's the option to add prosecco, the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion!

Important to Note

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free afternoon teas are available. Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking with the experience provider so they can pass these on to the caterer.

Regarding nut allergies, an afternoon tea can be produced without nuts however the items used may have been produced in an environment where there have been nut traces, so it's not possible to give a 100% nut free guarantee.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

There is no minimum age, all children must be accompanied by participating adults.
Unfortunately due to Maritime safety regulations they are unable to carry wheelchairs.
Buggys and pushchairs are welcome, although may have to be collapsed to embark or disembark the boat.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
