Your bottomless brunch includes 90 minutes of free-flowing prosecco paired with a main course each, giving you plenty of time to sip, chat and soak up those coastal vibes. The sample menu is packed with classics and crowd-pleasers, from crushed avocado on grilled sourdough to smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. If you’re in the mood for something indulgent, the fried chicken waffles with chicken gravy are a serious contender, while the pancakes with streaky bacon and maple syrup tick every sweet-meets-salty box. There’s also a hearty minute steak ciabatta, shakshuka eggs with feta and a comforting sautéed mushroom dish. And because brunch isn’t really brunch without something sweet, desserts like lemon and blackberry Eton Mess or a rich chocolate fudge brownie round off the experience perfectly.

The hotel itself sits right on Brighton’s famous seafront, so after your brunch, why not take a stroll along the historic promenade, wander down to Brighton Palace Pier or browse the quirky independent shops in The Lanes. The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
