If you’re looking for something a little different to the usual spa day, this Japanese Head Spa Treatment is a beautifully unique way to treat someone special.
Inspired by traditional Japanese wellness rituals, this 40-minute treatment focuses on releasing tension from the head, scalp, and upper body, the areas where stress loves to hide. A gentle, rhythmic treatment works through the scalp while a heated eye mask helps melt away tension and encourages total relaxation.
Alongside the treatment, guests can enjoy full use of the health club facilities, giving them the freedom to make their visit as relaxing or active as they like. They might ease into a peaceful swim, unwind in the jacuzzi, or drift between the sauna and steam room, letting the warmth do all the work. For those who prefer something more energising, the air-conditioned gym and a selection of fitness classes (subject to availability) are also available.
The experience is available to book seven days a week (subject to availability), from 9:30am until close, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule while still feeling like a proper escape.
Every guest receives a £10 voucher towards spa products when spending £40 or more. It’s a lovely way to extend the relaxation beyond the spa day and take a little of that calm feeling home.

Spa Bag Hire
Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. (The hire charge includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag.) Both the flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your day. This fee is non-refundable.
Additionally, a refundable deposit may also be required for any spa bag provided, from £10 per person, which will be refunded when you return the robe and towel at the end of your spa day.
Alternatively, you may bring your own robe, towel and footwear.
Please bring your own swimwear.

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
