This one-hour session is ideal for anyone looking for an engaging, family friendly archery experience. Suitable for ages 8+, it’s a fantastic option for families, beginners, team building or anyone keen to try something a little different outdoors.
Your session begins with a full safety briefing, followed by expert instruction from a qualified archery instructor. You’ll be shown the fundamentals of archery, including stance, grip, aiming and release, with clear guidance designed to build confidence quickly, even if you’ve never picked up a bow before. All equipment is provided, so you can focus entirely on learning and enjoying the experience.
Once you’re comfortable, it’s time to take aim. You’ll practise shooting at targets, gradually refining your technique and improving your accuracy as the session progresses. The instructor is on hand throughout, offering tips and encouragement to help you adjust your aim, improve consistency and enjoy that satisfying moment when an arrow lands on target.
The atmosphere is fun and supportive, making this beginner archery experience just as enjoyable for confident shots as it is for first-timers. You can choose to compete head-to-head with friends or simply challenge yourself to beat your own score- either way, there’s plenty of opportunity for laughter, focus and a real sense of achievement.
