Explore London from the skies, including the Olympic Village, on this spectacular London Olympic sightseeing helicopter flight!
This a private flight, lasting for around 45 minutes, for up to 3 passengers so you won't be sharing your helicopter flight with strangers.
This London sightseeing tour takes you along the Thames, down to the Isle of Dogs where you can marvel at the massive scale of the Olympic Village.
You'll begin your sightseeing journey in the Surrey countryside where you'll head north towards Central London over the crowded M25, past the Epsom Race course and into the London Heathrow Control Zone. From Banstead and Nonsuch Park you will track the A3 past Wimbledon and Richmond Park heading towards the arch of Wembley Stadium.
Your flight will take you along the River Thames, with Chelsea Harbour on the north bank and Battersea Power Station on the south bank. From here you'll get views of Hyde Park, The Royal Albert Hall and the private gardens at the rear of Buckingham Palace. Just past the left-hand bend in the river and Vauxhall Bridge are the Houses of Parliament on one side and the Millennium Eye on the other.
You'll be spoilt for choice as to which landmarks you can see, Trafalgar Square, Horse Guards, The Tower of London, they're all there!
Your helicopter will then continue down to the Isle of Dogs to the Olympic Village where you can see it all, from the world-class Aquatics Centre to the new Stratford International station in East London.
Then it's time to head back where you'll return to the Redhill Aerodrome, with your phone full of photos and head full of memories of a fantastic London helicopter flight.
All aircraft are subject to weight & balance limitations, both for individual passenger weights and the combined weight of all passengers flying.
The individual seat limit for tours (R44) is 136kg (21 stone), however if anyone in your group is above 95kg (15st) you will need to contact the experience provider to confirm that the aircraft weight and balance limitations are not exceeded.
This experience is subject to availability and flights normally operate on a daily basis between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
Flights are subject to suitable weather conditions. In the event of unsuitable weather, you will be offered an alternative date by the experience provider.
It is recommended to book at least 2 weeks in advance for a better chance of getting the date you want.
Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.
Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
