This is a weather dependent experience. In the event that your booking is cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, your booking will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Seating
When you purchase a For 1 voucher, you agree that your flight may be shared with other single or double-seat bookings.

The three-seat "For 3" option gives your party exclusive use of the helicopter for the duration of the tour and you won’t be seated with any other passengers should you opt to use the ticket for one or two passengers only. One passenger from your party will be upgraded to the co-pilot (front) seat at no extra cost, but if you are flying with as a couple you also have the option to sit next to each other in the back.

Available to book 7 days a week all year round - subject to availability and suitable weather conditions.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

There is no minimum age for this experience.
Under 12's must be accompanied by a participating adult and occupy their own seat.
Maximum weight: 290lbs (130kg). Please ensure your clothes-on weight is below this or you will not be able to fly.
Guests over 17 stone or taller than 6'6" may have difficulty being accommodated.

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
