Available shows may vary depending on availability at the time of booking.
What seats will I be allocated?
Your seats will typically be located in the Grand Circle or a similar area, depending on the theatre and availability. Seating details will be shown on your ticket. While we aim to avoid restricted views, we cannot guarantee this due to the individual layout of each venue.
What dates can I book?
Most London theatre shows run Tuesday to Sunday, with evening and matinee performances. You can let us know your preferred date when you complete the booking form, and we’ll do our best to match it.
When will I receive my theatre tickets?
Your tickets will be sent to you by email. You can either print them or show them on your phone when you arrive at the theatre.
How many tickets can I purchase? Will the seats be together?
You can purchase up to 4 tickets in one booking. We will do our best to seat your group together, though this may depend on availability at the time of booking.

There’s no formal dress code for most theatres, but smart-casual is generally advised. Our recommendation: dress nicely but stay comfortable so you can fully enjoy the experience.
Do the theatres have wheelchair access or induction loops?
Most London theatres offer facilities for wheelchair users and those with hearing impairments, including induction loops. Please make sure to mention any accessibility requirements when booking so we can make suitable arrangements before confirming your tickets.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
No. Photography, video and audio recording are not allowed during any show, as it disrupts the performance and other guests. If you're after a memento, many theatres have official merchandise or souvenir programmes available in the foyer.
Are there any age restrictions?
Babies in arms are not permitted in any London theatre to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests. While young children are welcome at some shows, we recommend checking the show’s age guidance before booking, and only bringing children who are able to remain seated and quiet throughout the performance.
