Tickets to Stonehenge are included with this break, one of the seven wonders of the world. Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument located in Wiltshire, England and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most famous landmarks in the world.
Stonehenge consists of a ring of standing stones, each weighing several tons and standing around 13 feet (4 meters) high, arranged in a circular pattern. The monument is estimated to have been constructed between 3000 and 2000 BCE, although the exact purpose and methods of its construction remain the subject of debate.

Stonehenge attracts millions of visitors each year who come to marvel at its impressive construction and ponder its mysterious origins. Over the years, various theories and speculations have emerged regarding its purpose, ranging from astronomical observatory to burial site to a place of healing and spiritual significance.
Archaeological excavations and ongoing research continue to shed light on this ancient monument, but many aspects of Stonehenge's history and purpose remain enigmatic.

When

Stonehenge is open daily from 9:30am.

You can arrive within half an hour of your chosen time and stay for as long as you like. The last entry is two hours before closing.

Please note some sites can get very busy, especially on bank holidays. The quietest times to visit are before 11am and after 2pm.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue.

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date.

Who Can Go

Stonehenge: Accessible toilets are available on site.
Stonehenge: The site is generally flat with tarmac and grass path surfaces and accessible by wheelchair.
Stonehenge: A Visitor Shuttle service operates frequently from outside the shop. No need to pre-book. Takes 10 minutes to reach the Stones. Shuttles stop at Fargo Plantation (about halfway to the Stones) so that visitors can walk part of the way if they wish.
Stonehenge: Assistance dogs are welcome.
Stonehenge: On site cafe serves food and drink (including vegan and gluten-free options).

What about Insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

What type of hotel will I be staying in?

Hotels featured in this experience are allocated to you, subject to availability, under a non-amendable and non-refundable basis once booked.

You will be staying in either a 3* or a 4* hotel depending on what you have selected.

Can I stay an extra night or add another person to the stay?

Extra nights are available subject to availability for a supplement. Extra adults/children can be added subject to availability for a supplement.

Is breakfast included with my hotel stay?

Unless specified, breakfast is not included.

How do I book this experience?

You will need to fill out a booking form with the experience provider. This form will ask you for details such as your contact details, the name of the attraction you want to visit and whether you'd like this on the day of arrival or the following day, the number of rooms required, your preferred check in dates, and your WonderDays voucher code.

By submitting this form your WonderDays vouchers will become non-refundable and cannot be changed.

What happens next?

The experience provider will contact you within 72 hours to acknowledge your booking request. They will liaise with you to confirm entry to the attraction and which day you'd like to visit it on, as well as confirm your hotel location.

You will then be emailed a booking confirmation for your attraction and overnight stay. Please read this carefully as it will contain important information regarding your booking. Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder in case your filter has placed them there.

When will I get my attraction tickets?

Your attraction tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your arrival date, often sooner. These can be printed or shown on a mobile device.
